The Beginning of TVOW

在全球化的时代，越来越多华人生活在世界各地。
他们在不同国家学习、工作、创业，也在不同文化之间寻找属于自己的位置。
然而，在主流媒体叙事中，许多华人的真实经历并没有被系统记录。
大量跨越文化与国家的人生故事，仍然散落在不同地方，缺乏一个持续、稳定的平台进行呈现。
正是在这样的背景下，TVOW（The Voice of the World，世界知声）应运而生。

In today’s globalized world, Chinese communities can be found across continents.
People study, work, build businesses, and raise families in societies far from their original homeland.
Yet many authentic stories of Chinese individuals remain underrepresented in mainstream narratives.
Experiences that cross borders and cultures often remain scattered and undocumented.
It was in response to this need that TVOW – The Voice of the World was founded.
创立背景

TVOW 的创立，源于对媒体与文化表达长期的思考。
创始人任艳玲在传媒与出版行业拥有二十余年的工作经验，曾参与传统媒体、新媒体平台以及文化出版项目的运营与发展。
在多年的媒体实践中，她逐渐意识到，真正能够跨越文化与时间的，是那些来自普通人的真实故事。
移居美国之后，她开始更加关注全球华人社区的发展与文化表达，并希望建立一个能够记录这些故事的平台。

The creation of TVOW grew from long-term reflection on media and cultural storytelling.
Founder Ryanna Ren has more than twenty years of experience in media and publishing, working across traditional print media, digital media platforms, and cultural publishing projects.
Through years of professional experience, she came to believe that what truly transcends cultures and time are the real stories of ordinary people.
After relocating to the United States, she began to focus more deeply on the global Chinese community and the need for a platform that could document and share these stories.
