The Global Chinese Expression Alliance (GCVA) was initiated by Hong Zhang, a member of the Asian American Council of Pennsylvania, USA, with Yanling Ren jointly responsible for strategic planning and organizational development. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, it operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to building a cross-cultural communication and creative co-creation platform centered on Chinese culture and open to the world.
The Global Chinese Voices Alliance (GCVA) was initiated by Hong Zhang, a member of the Pennsylvania Governor's Advisory Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs, and co-founded with Yanling Ren, who leads its strategic planning and institutional development. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, GCVA operates as a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a global platform for cultural exchange and creative collaboration centered on Chinese voices and culture.
